Nice to meet you! My name is Alayne Holland. I formed Frame of Mind Therapy LLC to help provide quality psychotherapy to my community. I started my career in 2019 after graduating with my Masters degree in Social Work. I first gained experience working with children and their families and then expanded my clinical skills by working with all demographics - anyone, from any background. Before then I worked with foster care parents and children as well as county services to serve families in need. I believe that meeting my clients where they are and then connecting with clients by building rapport and trust are crucial to the process. My approach during appointments is primarily Humanistic, wherein I believe you have the skills and resiliency to make the changes you want to make. I also utilize many other forms of therapeutic approaches so that you receive the best all encompassing care as possible. Currently, I'm licensed in both Maryland and Pennsylvania to provide psychotherapy independently. I'm trained in EMDR and working towards becoming certified.
